9月23日至27日，在倫敦和巴黎舉行的世界高層建筑與都市人居學(xué)會(huì)（CTBUH）國(guó)際會(huì)議上，宣布了2024全球最佳高層建筑獎(jiǎng)的獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)目，并頒發(fā)了各類別獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的最高獎(jiǎng)。
作為2024年CTBUH國(guó)際會(huì)議的一部分，全球獎(jiǎng)計(jì)劃旨在表彰對(duì)推動(dòng)高層建筑和城市環(huán)境發(fā)展做出的卓越貢獻(xiàn)。新加坡烏節(jié)泛太平洋酒店獲得2024全球最佳高層建筑獎(jiǎng)。該建筑的設(shè)計(jì)概念是“自然中的酒店”。通過(guò)整合花園和景觀核心，無(wú)縫地將自然向上延伸，實(shí)現(xiàn)了超過(guò)300%的綠地比率。這種設(shè)計(jì)不僅為客人提供了與自然緊密相連的體驗(yàn)，而且還通過(guò)其獨(dú)特的主題和空間設(shè)計(jì)，為城市環(huán)境增添了一種新的酒店體驗(yàn)。通過(guò)這種方式，酒店不僅僅是一個(gè)住宿的地方，它本身就是一個(gè)目的地，一個(gè)讓人們可以沉浸在自然美景中的場(chǎng)所。
此外，由SOM、華東建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司設(shè)計(jì)的杭州世紀(jì)中心獲得亞洲最佳高層建筑獎(jiǎng)。杭州世紀(jì)中心（杭州之門）雙塔近觀錢塘江城市陽(yáng)臺(tái)，遠(yuǎn)眺杭州西湖全貌，處于杭州武林廣場(chǎng)、市民中心的城市中軸線上。作為杭州亞運(yùn)會(huì)重點(diǎn)配套項(xiàng)目之一，“杭州之門”架起了杭州與世界互聯(lián)的“橋梁”，并把杭州城市建設(shè)提升到了新高度。該項(xiàng)目總建筑面積約53萬(wàn)平方米，總投資近100億元，包含兩座310米連體超高層塔樓，集高端辦公、華爾道夫酒店、商業(yè)綜合體等功能，是目前杭州第一高樓。

CTBUH年度獎(jiǎng)旨在表彰那些為高層建筑和城市環(huán)境的進(jìn)步做出非凡貢獻(xiàn)，并在最高和最廣泛的層面上實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)性的項(xiàng)目和個(gè)人。其目標(biāo)是對(duì)這些重要的建筑物、空間和技術(shù)提供全面和復(fù)雜的看法，同時(shí)倡導(dǎo)改善其每一個(gè)方面的性能，特別是那些對(duì)每天使用這些建筑物、空間和技術(shù)的人產(chǎn)生最大影響的方面。這意味著最杰出的建筑并不一定是當(dāng)年最高的建筑，而是該類別下體現(xiàn)了最佳品質(zhì)及最具創(chuàng)新性的作品。
世界高層建筑與都市人居學(xué)會(huì)（CTBUH）近日揭曉了2024年度CTBUH全球獎(jiǎng) CTBUH Annual Awards 的獲獎(jiǎng)名單。據(jù)官網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，本屆共有95個(gè)項(xiàng)目獲得卓越獎(jiǎng)（Award of Excellence Winners），其中中國(guó)項(xiàng)目14個(gè)，占比14.7%。所有獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)目將在今年9月的倫敦CTBUH國(guó)際會(huì)議上角逐各類別的最高獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)（Overall Category Winners），并進(jìn)行頒獎(jiǎng)儀式。敬請(qǐng)期待！
